Denise Praul
As a lifelong Indianapolis resident, Denise Praul has an intimate understanding of the local market and its communities. She has been "taking the pain out of property taxes" for 17 years as a Level II Assessor/Appraiser and a State-Certified Tax Representative. She formed Accurate Tax Management Corporation in 1997, and over the past 11 years has helped numerous Hoosier businesses and homeowners navigate through the state's complicated property tax system.
Denise is an assistant director for three Indiana BNI chapters, sharing her experience and insight with other small business owners and professionals throughout central Indiana. She is also a member of the Indiana Assessors Association and the Fishers Chamber of Commerce.
Denise’s commitment to the region is extended through her community service. She is the past board president and current Vice President for the Domestic Violence network of Greater Indianapolis. In 2002, her contributions earned her recognition from the Boys and Girls Club as Volunteer of the Year. In 2008 she recieved the YWCA's Salute To Women of Acievement Award in the Volunteer Category.
Henry Hamilton
Henry started his career in Property Tax work seventeen (17) years ago when he was first hired on at the Pike Township Assessors Office on the northwest side of Indianapolis. He worked there for ten (10) years assessing commercial and residential structures while learning the Indiana State Assessment Manual and the property valuation system. After working for the government, Henry went to work for a large, downtown law firm as a Property Tax Analyst working on property tax appeals for their clients and providing expert witness and testimony on property tax related issues. He was with the firm for five (5) years and continues to do contract work for them presently. Prior to organizing and forming Progressive Property Tax Solutions, Inc., Henry received two(2) more years of experience at a small property tax company in Indianapolis where he handled the resolution of hundreds of parcels resulting in millions of tax dollars saved.
Henry is also a recent Licensed Indianapolis Real Estate Broker and has held his Indiana Real Estate Agent’s license since 1997.
Henry, his wife, and six children reside in Zionsville, Indiana.
